1. Account creation and Security

If you are under the age of 18, you may not register with our marketplace (by using our marketplace or agreeing to these general terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age).
You can sign up for an account on our marketplace by filling out and submitting the registration form.
You represent and warrant that all of the information on the registration form is correct and up to date.
When you create an account on our marketplace, you will be asked to provide an email address/user ID and a password, and you agree to:
If you become aware of any disclosure of your password, please notify us immediately in writing (using the contact information provided).
Be liable for any activity on our marketplace resulting from your failure to keep your password confidential, and that you may be held liable for any losses resulting from such a failure.
Your account must be used solely by you, and you must not transfer it to a third party. You agree that if you authorize a third party to manage your account on your behalf, you do so at your own risk.

2. Sale terms and conditions

You acknowledge and agree to the following:
The marketplace is a website where sellers can sell their wares, and buyers can buy them.
We will accept binding sales on behalf of sellers; however, we will not be a party to the transaction between the seller and the buyer; and
Upon the buyer’s confirmation of purchase via the marketplace, a contract for the sale and purchase of a product or products will enter into force between the buyer and seller, and you agree to buy or sell the relevant product or products.
The seller’s terms of business shall govern the contract for sale and purchase between the buyer and the seller, subject to these general terms and conditions. Regardless, the following provisions will be incorporated into the buyer and seller’s contract of sale and purchase:
The price of a product will be as specified in the product listing;
The product’s price must include all applicable taxes and be in accordance with current laws.
Delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, and other ancillary costs and charges will be borne by the buyer only if expressly and clearly stated in the product listing.
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit and safe for any purpose specified in the product listing, and conform in all material respects to any other description of the products supplied or made available to the buyer by the seller; and
The seller warrants that he has good title to and is the sole legal and beneficial owner of the products, and that they are not subject to any third-party rights or restrictions, including third-party intellectual property rights and/or any criminal, insolvency, or tax investigation or proceedings.
